South Yarra from the 1920’s

Built in the 1920’s as two duplexes, in South Yarra this residence meshes the character filled historic architecture with a stunning modern addition. My love for this project is the well proportioned spaces you just can’t beat wide open walkways leading onto gracious living spaces. This family home  designed by Carr design group from the street shows no indication of it’s sleek light filled interior or the bold two story glazed addiction at the rear of the property….. such a successful transition.
