Perched high on Aegina Island overlooking the bay and clusters of islands this private residence designed by Helen Sfakianaki drinks in the bay and mountain views whilst delivering a modernist approach to classic white and blue island homes found within the Greek Islands. The simple concrete form sunken into the plot discretely houses a lower level minimizing the volume of the build.
