loosing my religion

It’s rare that you see a Chapel conversion that works and works well. This old Catholic church was transformed into a residence, the character of the small church is maintained and bought back to life. The colours of the characteristic lead-light glass pop against the white interior which makes you question why all churches don’t embrace white walls and ceilings.  The balcony defines the different spaces in the chapel: living, dining, cooking and study nook.  The project is kept minimalistic whilst some original furniture is re-used like the church benches in the dining-zone and the original church organ. Such a cool home !

  1. I may believe in God if I was going to a church like that! Religion crossing with style…nice!
