San Fran beach house

San Francisco based  Scavullo Design was inspired by the rugged coastline & vegetation of this plot selecting finishes that capture it’s surrounds. With the homes exterior clad in red cedar shingles exudes charm and works nicely against the sea-grass, allowing the home to sit peacefully overlooking the Pacific Ocean . The “H” form plan, with a living room in the middle, and wings to create an outdoor space facing the Pacific Ocean and beaches, in both directions. Rather than having an outdoor living room, the traditional living room has a large set of sliding doors that open in the middle of the home allowing viewing to the sea, mountains, or both. There is something to be said about comfy comfortable relaxed beach style.
