Lost in space …
Maximizing space can be challenging at the best of times but creating a stylish home with only 29m2 needs to be seen to be believed! Polish design studio 3XA’s brief was to create an apartment with separate sleeping and living spaces within a tiny tight space. The ceiling at at only 3.7 meters didn’t allow for 2 levels so a mezzanine was created freeing up space for a living room, kitchen and combined dining area. The entryway which when closed becomes a blind door helping the space to feel bigger opens into a larger room with aged timber floors, lounge, a desk space and a bookshelf staircase on the left leading to the bedroom. A mix of refined finishes and raw timbers give the loft is edge delivering bucket loads of personality to this absolutely brilliant project!
