Chicken or Fish?

We all know the Americans love their deep fried buckets of chicken but who would have thought such a concept would marry so well with this super cute interior?
Parson’s Chicken & Fish, located in the windy city of Chicago has just opened its doors and appears to have received a warm welcome from the locals. All ingredients at Parson’s are locally sourced and this freshness also resonates throughout the space.  White painted timber benches bring a new lease on life to the traditional American diner feel. Light timber pine tables with stenciled numbers, polished concrete floors and bold geometric patterning carrying through from the bar to the packaging, menus and even the bathroom cubicles give this fit-out an urban, edgy feel.  The outside patio looks welcoming and the red and white striped umbrellas draw you in on a warm sunny afternoon. This might be a cheap and cheerful local eatery but design and ambiance are certainly not an after thought at this establishment.
