Pablo or Picasso?

It’s well known that Picasso was famous for dominating Western art in the 20th century, so is it possible that new comer Pablo & Rusty are set to dominate the coffee world of Sydney?
Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD on Castlereagh Street is Saxon Wright’s new establishment.
The interior has a refined industrial feel with a combination of zinc cladding, warm timbers, exposed brick and white washed timbers. With Giant Design on board as the designers, it’s no wonder the space is a success.
A cleverly designed bench seat acts as the perfect divider between the service area and seating.  Framework sits behind this divider creating a structure that the lighting is suspended  from which is ideal considering the high ceilings.  Custom made tins line the shelves, and the display cabinets are filled with an appealing array of food. While the interior is a standout, the food delicious, it’s the fact the café is powered 100 per cent by a bio-generator that has us in applause!
