Designer Ramy Fischler of French firm RF Studio recently renovated a duplex apartment in grade “A listed” building in Paris. The apartment set over two floors also sports a garden and direct street access. Fiscler restored the woodwork and the Versailles parquet flooring that covers the fore section of the apartment. This prestigious pied à terre embodies Paris, imbued with its history and a twist.
The apartment is a composition classic Parisian juxtaposed unexpected contemporary design. The walls have been treated with lacquered plaster and the living room wall transforms into the ceiling metamorphoses into a light. The theatrics of the finishes, the revived and new present a glorious take on Parisian Chic!
