Naman Residences is comprised of 40 private pool villas featuring luxurious, modern architecture and natural green spaces located in Da Nang, Vietnam. From spacious and elegant beachfront villas to garden villas with no beach view.

The Naman Residences Garden Villa is located on the beach but lacks a view to the sea. To immerge the beach feeling and luxury into the garden villas MIA Design Studio  split villas function into 2 separate spaces: with the living spaces connecting to the pool and garden and the bedrooms upstairs for privacy.

Moreover, MIA Design Studio created a waterscape entertaining decks which are connected via a walkway from the bedrooms of the upper levels which help cool down the residences whist providing a tranquil setting for lounging.  Yup … to die for!
