escaping the Parisian streets
Born in 2010 in the hip bohemian quarter of the Saint Martin canal in Paris, Marie Sixtine came to life. The mission was to reinvent basic fabrics by adding a stylish touch. Five years later, Marie Sixtine is offering an entire new collection every season centred on fabric, always adding that fashion extra that made its success.
After opening four Paris boutiques since 2010, the flagship at 5 rue de Charonne now forms the base for their creative workshop, showroom, and the highly-exclusive Chez MARIE SIXTINE. Designed by Sandrine Place, Marie Sixtine’s art director, and interior designer Baptiste Legué, the cosy space evokes a feeling of whimsy and playfulness, perfect for getting a good night’s rest or escaping the Parisian streets.
Open to invited guests, privileged clients and champions for the brand Chez Marie Sixtine offers refuge for the night or part of the day for private meetings, knitting workshops, yoga studio, pop-up dinners and personal-shopping … All these intimate events are handled by a bespoke concierge service. How divine!
A mix of styles and delicate materials, plus a selection of antiques and decorative accessories are staged in the apartment with the bed resting under a canopy of cocooning Beechwood. Blush speckled terrazzo, copper and creamy whites complete the background materiality. A quiet chic oasis.
