Blue chip art collection

The four-year renovation and decoration of this Park Avenue triplex penthouse of New York couple Clarissa and Edgar Bronfman Jr is that of legend. Designer Amy Lau even authored a tome for the couple which chronicles the journey!
Working with two architects to help them transform the traditional pre-war layout of dignified but dark rooms into light, airy spaces that would allow their furniture and art to be arranged elegantly and direct the flow from room to room. And what an art collection! The home is filled with treasures enviable of world’s great museums. The synergy between art and architecture is instinctual here.
Patterned and texture are king here with obvious mid-century influences on some significant furniture pieces that are part function, part sculpture. Such beautiful stock.
